About this event
Castro Street Fair
The Castro Street Fair is a street fair held each fall in San Francisco's Castro neighborhood. Founded by Harvey Milk in 1974, it is one of the city's longest-running neighborhood fairs, drawing thousands from across the Bay Area. Live music, dancing and local merchants fill the day, and the fair gives money to local nonprofits.
