Vendor applications, filled in from answers you give once
Answer once, and Vendorbound fills in the organizer’s form for fairs, festivals, and markets: Google Forms and PDFs from the Vendorbound app, other web forms with its Chrome extension, and organizers’ forms on Vendorbound with your answers already in. You check each one and send it.
How it works
- Answer your application once in Vendorbound: your business, contact details, what you sell, and your setup.
- Open an event on Vendorbound and choose Apply. A Google Form or a PDF application opens with your answers in.
- On any other vendor application, click “Fill with Vendorbound” in the corner of the page, or press Alt+Shift+F. The extension fills every question your application answers, marks each one so you can check it, and lists what’s left for you.
- Check the form and send it yourself.
When you answer a question your application didn’t have, such as a permit number, the extension saves it to your application so the next form fills it too.
What it fills
- Google Forms, from the Vendorbound app. The form opens at its own address with your answers filled in.
- PDF applications, from the Vendorbound app. A PDF with form fields gets them filled, and stays editable. A flat PDF gets your answers written beside its printed labels.
- Web forms, with the Chrome extension: on organizers’ own sites, on form builders such as Jotform, Wufoo, and Microsoft Forms, and on vendor portals.
- Applications on Vendorbound. When an organizer takes applications on Vendorbound, the form opens with your saved answers in, and their decision shows in your Applications list.
It leaves some questions for you: file uploads, signatures, terms, payment, questions about one event (your dates or booth choice), and any question it isn’t sure it read right.
What it never does
It never submits a form. It never signs, agrees to terms, or enters payment details for you. Nothing is sent to an organizer until you send it.
What happens to your answers
- Your saved answers stay in your browser’s extension storage. Removing the extension deletes them.
- The extension checks the pages you open for a vendor application inside your browser. Your browsing isn’t sent anywhere.
- When you fill a form, the extension sends the form’s questions to Vendorbound to work out what each one asks. For a question it can’t place for certain, it also sends the saved answers that might fit, which Vendorbound doesn’t keep.
- It never saves answers about one event, signatures, uploads, or sensitive numbers such as Social Security, bank, or card numbers.
- The extension doesn’t use analytics.
The privacy policy has every detail.
What you need
- Chrome on a computer.
- A Vendorbound account with your application answered.
- The extension, free from the Chrome Web Store. Version 0.3.0, updated in October 2026.
Answer once, and let Vendorbound fill in the rest
Save your business’s answers in Vendorbound and add the extension. The applications after that open with your answers in, and you add only what’s new.
