Questions organizers ask

What does it cost?
Running your market is free: your page, your events, applications, your booth map, booth fees and messages with your vendors. Pro is $29 a month and adds your team, jury scores, vendors picking their own spots and featured placement.
Do you add fees to our applications?
No. You set your own application and booth fees, and we never add to them.
Do vendors have to apply through Vendorbound?
No. Once your claim is approved, keep your own application form, or take applications on Vendorbound and review them in one inbox, where Vendorbound members’ applications come first. It’s your choice.
We already use Google Forms, a PDF or another app. Do we start over?
No. If your listing links to your form, we bring its questions over for you. You can also paste a Google Form link or start from a template. Or send us your form and last year’s vendor list, and we’ll set it up for you, free.
Do our vendors need an account?
Yes, a free one, made when they apply. Their answers are saved for every market after yours, so vendors who already use Vendorbound find most of your form filled in.
Who can claim a page?
Someone who runs the events or works for the organization. If your email is the one on your listings or on your website’s domain, it’s yours right away. Otherwise we check it by hand, usually within a day.
Can my team help?
Yes. With Pro, up to 5 teammates review applications, message vendors and score them with you.
