Terms

Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and Vendorbound (“we”) for using vendorbound.com, the Vendorbound app at app.vendorbound.com, the Vendorbound browser extension, and the websites vendors publish with Vendorbound. You accept them when you create an account or connect another service to Vendorbound. Last updated October 8, 2026.

Your account

  • Give true details when you sign up, and keep your sign-in to yourself. You’re responsible for what happens in your account.
  • A business in Vendorbound belongs to its owner. The owner decides who else can use it and which other services it connects to.
  • You need to be old enough to make a contract where you live.

Using Vendorbound

  • We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use Vendorbound for your business while these terms apply.
  • Don’t use it to break the law or anyone’s rights, to send spam, or to mislead organizers or customers.
  • Don’t try to get into accounts or data that aren’t yours, overload or probe our systems, or copy our data in bulk.
  • Applications Vendorbound prepares for you are yours. Check them before they go to an organizer: you’re responsible for what you send.

What you put in Vendorbound

  • What you add stays yours: your business details, photos, products, and the words on your website.
  • You let us store, copy and show it as needed to run Vendorbound for you, for example to publish your website or fill an application you ask us to fill.
  • Only add what you have the right to use. We can take down a website or content that breaks these terms or the law.
  • Our privacy page says what we collect and what we do with it.

Paid plans

  • A paid plan is billed through Stripe at the price shown when you subscribe, and renews until you cancel.
  • You can cancel anytime in settings. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
  • If we change a price, we’ll tell you before it applies to you.
  • Features that use your Etsy shop aren’t part of any paid plan.

Services you connect

  • You can connect services such as Etsy and Square. Vendorbound then reads from them, and changes them only when you ask, on your behalf and under your account there.
  • Each service’s own terms still apply to your use of it. We don’t control those services and aren’t responsible for them being available or correct.
  • You can disconnect a service in settings at any time. Disconnecting Etsy deletes everything Vendorbound read from your shop.

Ending

  • You can stop using Vendorbound and ask us to delete your account at any time.
  • We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why unless the law or someone’s safety stops us.

No warranty, and limits

  • We work to keep Vendorbound accurate and running, but we provide it “as is”. Event details, deadlines and fees come from organizers and other sources and can be wrong or change. Check anything that matters with the organizer.
  • As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost sales or a missed event, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we’ll tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Using Vendorbound after that means you accept the new terms.

Law

The laws of the State of Delaware govern these terms, apart from any rule that would apply another place’s laws.
