The Fourth Street Festival of the Arts and Crafts is an annual Labor Day weekend show on 4th Street in Bloomington, Indiana, organized by local artists. About 120 artisans from across the country show fine art and fine crafts, with music and spoken word stages and a kids booth. Admission is free.
