The free Main Street Fall Festival is an annual street fair in Islip, NY, run by the Islip Fire Department Hook & Ladder Co. 1 on Sunday, October 25, 2026. It fills several blocks of Main Street from South Bay Avenue to Smith Avenue. Offerings include vendors, carnival games, food, live music, raffles, and family fun.
