41st Annual Taste of the Permian Basin
The 41st Annual Taste of the Permian Basin is an annual tasting fundraiser hosted by the Permian Basin Chapter of the Texas Restaurant Association, held Thursday, October 1, 2026 at the Midland County Horseshoe Pavilion in Midland. Guests sample bites and beverages from dozens of Permian Basin restaurants, with live music, raffles and giveaways, supporting ProStart culinary and hospitality programs.
