Bites & Brews - A Taste of the Valley is a one-day food and drink festival on Saturday, October 24, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Eau Claire Event District's High Country Building in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Hosted by United Way Greater Chippewa Valley, it brings together local restaurants, food trucks, breweries, wineries, craft vendors and live entertainment.
