Boo Bash & Trick-or-Treat Safe Street is a Halloween street festival in downtown Kennewick, Washington on Saturday, October 24, 2026. Kennewick Avenue hosts downtown businesses, local artists, small-business and food vendors, community booths, a DJ and a 1 p.m. costume contest from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., with safe-street trick-or-treating at area businesses from 3 to 5 p.m.
