Christmas in the Park is Newcastle's annual holiday celebration, held Saturday, December 5, 2026 from 3 to 6 p.m. at Veterans Park, capped by the lighting of the community Christmas tree at 6 p.m. The family-friendly event features seasonal entertainment, activities and lights along with a Christmas market of craft, artisan and gift vendors.
