Dickens on The Strand is Galveston Historical Foundation's annual Victorian holiday street festival, held December 4-6, 2026, in The Strand National Historic Landmark District in downtown Galveston. The weekend includes parades, costumed vendors selling Victorian-inspired crafts, clothing, jewelry, holiday food and gifts, and entertainment on multiple stages.
