The Dogwood Festival is an annual arts and crafts festival held the last full weekend in April in Downtown Siloam Springs, Arkansas. The 2027 edition runs April 23-25 with more than 200 vendor booths plus live entertainment and the Kenneth Gutierrez Fun Zone rides and activities.
