Fall Festival
Newton Hills State Park near Canton, South Dakota, hosts its 26th annual Fall Festival on Saturday, October 3, 2026. The afternoon craft fair runs 12-5 p.m. with craft and food vendors, children's make-and-take crafts and pumpkin-throwing trebuchets, followed by an evening self-guided candlelight walk through the woods with local performers stationed along the trail.
