Fresh Off the Easel: NFK Paint-Out & Wet Sale is a district-wide plein air painting competition and wet sale in Norfolk's NEON District, held October 10, 2026 as a featured event of The Fall Bazaar at The PLOT. Artists paint on location from 9 AM to 5 PM, and the freshly completed paintings are offered for purchase at the Wet Sale beginning at 4 PM.
