The Gatlinburg Winter Festival & Chili Cookoff is a free, one-night street festival on the downtown Gatlinburg Parkway in Sevier County, Tennessee, held November 12, 2026 from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. Visitors can expect live music and a DJ, an ice skating rink, carnival games, arts and crafts vendors, photos with Santa, and chili and dessert sampling with People's Choice voting.
