The 23rd Annual Guadalupe County Fair Association Scholarship Benefit State Championship BBQ Cook-Off is a CBA-sanctioned barbecue competition held October 2-3, 2026 at the Guadalupe County Fairgrounds in Seguin, Texas. It opens the county fair's Kickoff Weekend, with cooking teams competing in brisket, chicken, pork, pork ribs and beans, and proceeds supporting the association's youth scholarship fund.
