Happy Valley Comic & Collectibles Convention (HVC3) is a yearly comic and collectibles convention held at the Nittany Valley Sports Centre in State College, Pennsylvania, about three miles from Penn State. The 2027 edition runs Saturday, February 27 and Sunday, February 28, with comics, sports cards, action figures, anime, Funko Pops, celebrities and artists, plus Magic the Gathering tournaments and costume contests.
