HolidayFest on the Grand
HolidayFest on the Grand is Portland, Michigan's annual holiday celebration in the historic downtown between-the-rivers district. The festival features the HolidayFest Light Parade on the second Saturday of December, carriage rides, visits with Santa and Mrs. Claus, a snowball drop that earns prizes and discounts at local merchants, a holiday open house and a window decorating contest.
