HollyDazzle: Festival of Lights
HollyDazzle: Festival of Lights is the Downtown Development Association's annual holiday celebration in downtown Grand Forks, North Dakota. Held Sunday, November 22, 2026, the free, family-friendly festival features s'mores, ornament decorating, carolers, a parade of lights, tree lighting and fireworks across downtown Grand Forks and East Grand Forks, plus an indoor Winter Market of local and regional vendors inside The Olive Ann Hotel.
