Franklin's Friends hosts the 13th Annual HOWL-O-WEEN Dog Walk-a-Thon and Canine Costume Contest on Saturday, October 24, 2026, from 9 a.m. to noon at Cranes Roost Park in Uptown Altamonte, Altamonte Springs. Visitors can expect a dog walk, a canine costume contest, adoptable dogs, pet-friendly vendors, music and food trucks, with proceeds benefiting Central Florida animal welfare.
