Knuckle Deep Barbecue Fest
Knuckle Deep Barbecue Fest is an annual benefit barbecue competition at Wedge @ Foundation in Asheville, North Carolina. Teams cook chicken, ribs, pork butt, brisket and freestyle entries, and BBQ Alley opens Sunday from noon to about 4:30 for barbecue samples, with proceeds supporting Holiday Wishes for Foster Care.
