Minot Tastes & Creations Market is a winter indoor vendor market held inside Dakota Square Mall in Minot, North Dakota. The 2026-27 season opens Saturday, November 14, 2026 and runs November through April, with shopping every Saturday from 10am to 6pm plus one Friday evening a month and special holiday and tournament dates.
