The New Orleans Tattoo Arts Festival is a three-day Villain Arts tattoo festival held October 16-18, 2026 at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans. The weekend brings together tattoo artists, shops, vendors, special guests and entertainment, with hours Friday 2-11 p.m., Saturday 11 a.m.-11 p.m. and Sunday 11 a.m.-8 p.m.
