Northeast Louisiana Celtic Festival
The Northeast Louisiana Celtic Festival is an annual celebration of Celtic heritage at Lazarre Park in West Monroe, held Saturday, October 3, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Expect live music, the Scottish Highland Games, artisan and craft vendors and food trucks beside the Ouachita River; admission is $5.
