Penn Cove Water Festival
The Penn Cove Water Festival is an annual spring celebration of Native American culture on the Coupeville waterfront on Whidbey Island, Washington. The next edition is scheduled for May 15, 2027, with tribal canoe races, native arts and crafts vendors, storytelling, music and dance performances, artist demonstrations, Native foods, family activities and educational exhibits from local non-profits.
