Raleigh's International Wine & Beer Festival – Oktoberfest Edition is a one-day fall street festival at City Plaza on Fayetteville Street in downtown Raleigh on Saturday, October 17, 2026, from noon to 8 p.m. It features international wines and beers from roughly 15 countries plus international food vendors, live music and a costume contest.
