The Casa Grande Chamber of Commerce & Tourism Office hosts the 3rd Annual Live It! Health & Wellness Fair on Saturday, October 24, 2026, at the Vista Grande High School gymnasium in Casa Grande. Local health, hospital, home-health and hospice exhibitors meet the public free of charge from 9 a.m. to noon, after an 8 to 9 a.m. exhibitor networking hour.
