Texas Ladies State Chili Championship
An annual all-female chili cook-off sanctioned by the Chili Appreciation Society International and held each April at Max Starcke Park in Seguin, Texas. The 2027 edition is set for Saturday, April 17, with 100+ cooks competing, a Friday night cook-off, a silent auction and a vendor showcase open to the public.
