Third Wednesdays
Third Wednesdays is a free monthly street art activation in downtown Portland's Arts District, held on the third Wednesday of each month from June through October 2026. Along the Congress Street 500 block near 511 Congress Street Plaza, visitors can browse galleries, pop-ups and specialty shops, catch live music from 4 to 7 p.m., and buy work from artist street vendors.
