Thrill at the Mill
Thrill at the Mill is the City of Villa Rica's annual family-friendly Halloween trick-or-treat celebration at The Mill Amphitheater in downtown Villa Rica, Georgia. Local businesses and organizations set up decorated booths to hand out candy, and the event includes a booth-decorating contest and a costume contest.
