The Treasure Valley Night Light Parade is a downtown Caldwell holiday tradition held Saturday, December 5, 2026, with the parade stepping off at 6:00 PM along Cleveland Blvd from 22nd Ave to Kimball Ave. The same evening's new Winter Lights Market runs 4:00-9:00 PM at 7th Ave & Arthur Ave, with local vendors and holiday shopping.
