The City of Portland Parks & Recreation presents Trick or Treat in the Park 2026 on Saturday, October 31, from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Richland Park Gym, 303 Portland Blvd. Local businesses, organizations and school groups set up decorated treat stations inside the gym for a family Halloween event.
