The Upper Valley Artist & Farmers Market is a weekly Sunday market at Mesa Plaza, 7930 N. Mesa St. in west El Paso. Local artisans, farmers and food vendors sell handmade goods, produce, honey and prepared food; summer hours are 10 a.m.-2 p.m. and fall-through-spring hours are 11 a.m.-3 p.m.
