The Wakarusa Maple Syrup Festival is an annual spring celebration in downtown Wakarusa, Elkhart County, Indiana, held the last week of April. The 58th edition runs April 23-25, 2027, featuring artisan and craft vendors, food trucks, a parade, carnival rides, live entertainment, pancake breakfasts and Maple Village.
