The Wings Over Water Northwest Birding Festival is an annual spring birding festival in the Blaine, Birch Bay and Semiahmoo areas of Whatcom County, Washington. The 24th edition is announced for March 19-21, 2027, with guided field trips, birding and wildlife cruises, wildlife speaker presentations and a Saturday birding expo featuring exhibitors, live raptor presentations and kids' activities.
