Woofstock is ACE Development of NELA's 10th annual pet-friendly community festival at Forsythe Park in Monroe, Louisiana, held Saturday, October 24, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Visitors can expect a vendor village, food trucks, live music, a pet pageant and dog races, plus animal rescue and shelter adoptions.
