Daily food-cart vending at Friendship Fountain in downtown Jacksonville throughout 2026. Savory, coffee and dessert carts set up around the fountain plaza each day, with service windows running from morning until 9:30 pm and the busiest hours around lunchtime and the evening. Vendor access at the site is currently carts-only, with truck access expected to return in late fall 2026.
