The Pop-Up Kitchen is a rotating kitchen incubator inside the indoor market house of the Nashville Farmers' Market, where startup food entrepreneurs serve a changing line-up of cuisines to market visitors. Pop-up shifts generally run Friday through Sunday, with weekday residencies also available.
